1. Scope of Privacy Governance
This policy governs all digital properties, software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications, education portals, and transaction gateways operated under the 1DIGITALMAN (1DM) conglomerate umbrella, including 1DM Cloud, 1DM AI Labs, 1DM Digital Academy, and 1DM FinTech Solutions.
2. Information Collection & Usage
We collect information strictly required to provide mission-critical services, verify identities for security purposes, process legitimate transactions via regulated payment partners (such as UddoktaPay), and deliver course materials. We do not sell or monetize personal or client telemetry data to third-party ad networks.
3. Cryptographic Data Security
All communications with 1DM infrastructure are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Database records are isolated through strict PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) policies enforcing multi-tenant boundaries.
